Job summary

EY is seeking a Service Manager (Assistant Director level) for the STS Lab to own the lab's service catalog, intake prioritization, and roadmap, ensuring governance and funding alignment across Azure subscriptions and tooling.

You will collaborate with Security Architects and cross-functional teams to ensure the lab operates efficiently as a funded engineering platform, with executive-level reporting and escalations managed centrally.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT Service Management, Product/Program Management, or Security leadership.
• Single accountable owner for technology service including budget and roadmap.
• Design and manage intake and prioritization processes in tech environments.
• Strong budget tracking, cost allocation and variance reporting.
• Experience delivering exec-level dashboards on health, roadmap, and finances.
• Familiarity with Azure subscriptions and cost governance.
• Experience in a large, global matrixed organization.
• Excellent documentation for governance artifacts and decision logs.

Responsibilities

• Own STS Lab service catalog and communicate scope, status, and value to leadership.
• Lead end-to-end intake and prioritization of lab requests with alignment to capacity.
• Develop and maintain the lab roadmap across engineering, tooling, and operations.
• Own lab budget, track spend, and report financial health to leadership.
• Deliver regular lab performance and capacity reporting to governance bodies.
• Escalate and resolve blockers; maintain clear stakeholder communication.
• Establish operating cadence: standups, sprint planning, steering reviews.
• Coordinate with vendors during evaluations and POC phases.
• Collaborate with IAM, Defender/Sentinel, Purview, and other SMEs.
• Ensure governance and compliance per EY standards; audit-ready docs.
