Qualifications

• Experience as Installation Coordinator or similar role.
• Experience in the security integration industry preferred.
• Strong permitting and jurisdictional experience.
• Knowledge of local permitting requirements, codes, and regulatory processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation backlog and active projects.
• Contact customers to schedule, confirm, and update appointments.
• Coordinate technician schedules and project timelines.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers.
• Order and track materials and parts for installations.
• Create and manage purchase orders (POs).
• Support Installation Manager with daily operations.
• Monitor status and meet milestones and deadlines.
• Follow up on communications with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Maintain organized project documentation and records.
• Assist with customer service inquiries and project updates.
• Support billing, accounts receivable, and admin tasks.
• Coordinate permits applications and approvals when required.
• Ensure compliance with local permitting requirements and codes.
