Securitas Technology is seeking an Installation Coordinator to manage electronic security installation projects from order through closure. You will schedule technicians, coordinate with Project Managers, and maintain direct customer contact to confirm CCD/PSD dates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced working environment.
• Requires 1-3 years of experience in operations scheduling, operations support and/or project coordination.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint and project management systems.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling of Installation Technicians to meet customer completion dates.
• Drive installation process for orders from start to finish with PM support.
• Coordinate subcontractor schedules and track arrivals/departures to sites.
• Review new orders for contact info, scope, and allowances.
• Primary customer contact to obtain CCD and PSD dates when assigned.
• Maintain installation folders and update inventory weekly.
• Manage changes to PSD and project scope, coordinating with manufacturing and transportation.
• Handle equipment tasks, order scheduling, and supplier invoices.
• Review and submit subcontractor POs for approval and AP.
• Close out tasks in MOR, with CFIN in Solomon.
• Create action items in Solomon and escalate when needed.
• Maintain schedule using Solomon & Atlas or similar tools.
• Assist with follow up with labor force to meet PSD/CCD dates.
• Receive and process shipments, order office supplies as needed.
• Email parts receipts to Install & Service teams.
• Other duties as assigned.
