Job summary

Securitas Technology Corporation in Riverside, CA is seeking an Installation Coordinator to manage and coordinate electronic security installation projects from order visibility to on-time delivery and closure.

The role interfaces with customers, Project Managers, and field leadership, coordinating schedules, parts, and vendor contact to drive customer satisfaction and ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations scheduling, operations support and/or project coordination.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and other computer systems; able to manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of installation processes and order-to-cash is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling Installation Technicians to meet customer completion dates with District Install Manager and PM support.
• Drive installation process for orders from start to finish with PMs and field leadership.
• Coordinate with subcontractors’ schedules and track arrivals/departures to customer sites.
• Review new orders for Customer Contact Information, Scope of Work, and allowances.
• Maintain customer communications to obtain CCDs and PSDs when assigned by District Install Manager.
• Maintain installation folders and update inventory weekly.
