Job summary

Securitas Technology is seeking an Installation Scheduler to coordinate and manage electronic security installation projects. You will interface with customers, PMs, and district leadership to ensure on‑time delivery and installation to order closure.

The role reports to the District Installation Manager and requires scheduling technicians, tracking PSD/CCD dates, and maintaining project documentation using Solomon/Atlas and other tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations scheduling, operations support and/or project coordination.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint; strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of installation processes and order-to-cash cycle is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling installation technicians to meet required completion dates with District Install Manager and Project Manager support.
• Drive installation process for all orders assigned from start to finish, coordinating with PMs and field leadership.
• Coordinate with PMs subcontractor schedules and track arrivals/departures to customer sites.
• Review new orders for Customer Contact Information, Scope of Work, and Traditional/TIS allowances.
• Act as primary customer contact to obtain CCD and PSD dates when assigned by the District Install Manager.
• Maintain electronic installation folders and update inventory counts weekly.
• Manage changes to PSD and Project Scope, including triggering manufacturing and transportation.
• Own equipment tasks: schedule ordering, equipment tracking, RMAs, and vendor invoicing.
• Review and submit subcontractor POs for approval and Accounts Payable; close out tasks/reports.
• Create action items in Solomon and escalate as needed when not met.
• Maintain installation schedule using Solomon & Atlas or other scheduling tools.
• Assist in follow up with labor force to meet PSD and CCD dates.
• Receive all boxes via UPS/FEDEX and manage packing slips.
• Order and maintain in-office supplies.
• Receive and file packing slips in SAP; email parts received daily.
• Other duties as assigned.
