Job summary

Securitas Technology Corporation in Tampa, FL, is hiring a full-time Installation Coordinator to manage security installation projects from order to closure. The role coordinates technicians, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet CCD and PSD targets, using Solomon and Atlas scheduling tools.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in scheduling or project coordination, strong Excel/Outlook skills, and clear communication to ensure customer satisfaction and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced working environment.
• Requires 1–3 years of experience in operations scheduling, operations support and/or project coordination.
• Familiar with installation processes and order-to-cash flow including coordination with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Installation Technicians to meet customer completion dates with District Install Manager and Project Manager support.
• Drive installation process for orders from start to finish, in alignment with PMs and field leadership.
• Coordinate with PMs on subcontractor schedules and track arrivals/departures to customer sites.
• Review new orders for Customer Contact Information, Scope of Work, and allowances.
• Maintain customer communication to obtain CCDs and PSDs when assigned.
• Maintain electronic installation folders and update inventory counts weekly.
• Manage changes to PSD and project scope, including manufacturing and transportation impacts.
• Submit subcontractor POs for approval and streamline closing out tasks/reports in Solomon.
• Create action items in Solomon and escalate when needed.
• Maintain installation schedule using Solomon & Atlas or similar tools.
• Assist follow-up with labor force to meet PSD and CCD dates.
• Receive shipments (UPS/FEDEX) and manage packing slips and office supplies.
