Job summary

Securitas Technology, a global leader in integrated security solutions, seeks an Installation Coordinator to manage electronic security installation projects from order visibility through to on-time delivery and closure. You will interface directly with customers, coordinate with District Install Manager and Project Managers, and lead scheduling, parts ordering, and vendor communications.

• Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills (oral/written) with internal/external customers.
• Proactive problem solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Installation Technicians to meet customer completion dates.
• Drive install process from order to closure in coordination with PMs and leadership.
• Coordinate subcontractor schedules and track arrivals/departures to sites.
• Review new orders for contact info, scope of work, and allowances.
• Serve as primary customer contact to obtain CCD and PSD dates.
• Maintain electronic folders and update inventory weekly.
• Manage PSD changes and impact on manufacturing, transportation, and resource scheduling.
• Submit and track subcontractor POs and close out tasks in systems.
• Escalate issues when action items are not met.
• Maintain schedules in Solomon/Atlas or other scheduling tools.
• Assist in follow-up with labor via phone/email to meet PSD/CCD dates.
• Receive shipments via UPS/FedEx and process packing slips in SAP.
