Job summary

Securitas Technology in Orlando, FL seeks an Installation Coordinator to manage security installation projects from order to completion. You will coordinate with the District Installation Manager, Project Managers, technicians and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery and accurate documentation in Solomon and Atlas.

Responsibilities include scheduling technicians, tracking PSD and CCD dates, maintaining installation folders, and communicating with customers to secure completion dates.

Qualifications

• Must multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with project coordination or scheduling is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead and coordinate internal/external teams.
• Familiar with installation processes and order-to-cash workflow.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation projects from order visibility to on-time delivery and closure.
• Schedule installation technicians and manage PSD/CCD dates with PM support.
• Interface with customers, subcontractors, and field leadership to align on delivery.
• Maintain electronic installation folders and update inventory counts.
• Prepare and submit subcontractor PO approvals and AP paperwork.
• Use Solomon and Atlas to manage schedules and documentation.
