This role supports installation and project operations by coordinating schedules, communicating with customers, and ensuring technicians have the resources needed to complete projects successfully. The ideal candidate has prior coordination experience in electronic security or related industries, strong permitting knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating installation projects and customer communications.
• Strong scheduling and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of low voltage or security installation processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation backlog and active projects.
• Schedule and confirm installation appointments with customers.
• Coordinate technician schedules and ensure timely project execution.
• Serve as primary customer contact during the installation process.
• Track materials and purchase orders; support billing and admin tasks.
