Job summary

Loyal Source is seeking a Service Coordinator in Tampa, FL to coordinate with clients on scheduling, parts ordering, billing, and tickets related to the installation of security equipment. The role includes maintaining vehicle inventories and assisting in obtaining permits.

The position requires 1–3 years in a coordinator/dispatcher role, strong phone communication, and proficiency with Microsoft 365; training is provided within our Technical Services division.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a Coordinator or Dispatcher role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Strong phone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to schedule services and installations.
• Order parts and manage billing processes.
• Follow up on open tickets to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory of equipment in company vehicles.
• Assist in obtaining city permits for installations.
