Job summary

Securitas Technology is seeking an Installation Coordinator to manage electronic security installation projects from order to close. You will coordinate with Project Managers, District leadership, and technicians to ensure on‑time delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role requires organizing complex schedules, maintaining documentation, and interfacing with customers and subcontractors. Strong computer skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations scheduling, operations support and/or project coordination.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and other computer systems; experience with database management and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Installation Technicians to meet customer completion dates in coordination with District Install Manager and Project Manager support.
• Drive installation process for all orders from start to finish with PMs and field leadership.
• Coordinate with PMs regarding subcontractor schedules and track arrivals/departures to/from customer sites.
• Review new orders for Customer Contact Information, Scope of Work, and allowances.
• Serve as primary customer contact to obtain CCD and PSD dates when assigned by the District Install Manager.
• Maintain electronic installation folders and update weekly inventory counts.
• Manage PSD and Project Scope changes affecting manufacturing, transportation, and scheduling of resources.
• Submit and track subcontractor POs for approval and AP.
• Close out projects in MOR, SAP, and related reports.
• Maintain installation schedule using Solomon/Atlas or similar systems.
