Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations scheduling, operations support and/or project coordination.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and project management systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Installation Technicians to meet CCDs and PSDs.
• Drive installation process from order to close.
• Coordinate subcontractor schedules with PMs and field leadership.
• Review orders for Customer Contact, Scope of Work and allowances.
• Maintain installation schedules using Solomon/Atlas or similar systems.
