Job summary

Securitas Technology is seeking an Installation Coordinator to manage security installation projects from order visibility through on-time delivery and closeout. You will coordinate with District Install Manager, Project Managers, and field leaders to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong organizational skills, 1–3 years of scheduling or coordination experience, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced working environment.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations scheduling, operations support and/or project coordination.
• Understanding of installation processes and order-to-cash concepts helps.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; able to manage data in systems.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling Installation Technicians to meet CCD dates and PSD dates with PM support.
• Drive installation process for all orders assigned from start to finish.
• Coordinate subcontractor schedules and track arrivals/departures at customer sites.
• Review new orders for Customer Contact Information, Scope of Work, and allowances.
• Serve as primary customer contact to obtain CCD and PSD when assigned by District Install Manager.
• Maintain Electronic Installation Folders and weekly inventory counts.
• Manage PSD/Scope changes and their impact on manufacturing, transport, and resources.
• Own equipment tasks: schedule ordering, tracking, RMAs, and vendor invoices.
• Review and submit subcontractor POs for approval and AP.
• Close out projects in MOR, Solomon, and related reports.
• Create and document action items in Solomon; escalate as needed.
• Maintain installation schedules using Solomon & Atlas or similar tools.
• Follow up with labor force to meet PSD/CCD dates via calls/emails.
