Securitas Technology is seeking an Installation Coordinator to manage security installation projects from order to completion at Riverside, CA. You will coordinate technicians, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 1-3 years in operations scheduling, operations support or project coordination.
• Understanding of installation processes and order-to-cash.
• Proactive communicator with internal/external customers.

Responsibilities

• Schedule installation technicians to meet customer completion dates.
• Drive installation process from order through to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractor schedules and track arrivals/departures.
• Review orders for contact, scope and allowances.
• Act as primary customer contact to obtain CCD and PSD dates.
• Maintain installation folders and update inventory weekly.
• Manage PSD changes and product/ manufacturing impacts.
• Submit POs for subcontractors and process invoices.
• Update and document actions in Solomon/Atlas.
• Maintain schedules in scheduling systems for orders.
• Follow up with labor to meet PSD/CCD dates.
