Securitas Technology, part of Securitas, is a world-leading provider of integrated security solutions. The Installation Coordinator coordinates and manages electronic security installation projects, from order visibility to on-time delivery and closure, interfacing with customers and coordinating with the District Installation Manager, Project Managers and subcontractors.

The Installation Scheduler reports to the District Installation Manager and responsibilities include scheduling technicians

Competenze

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• 1–3 years of operations scheduling, support or coordination experience.
• Understanding of installation processes and order-to-cash.
• Knowledge of construction management/coordination is helpful.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and related systems.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and manage electronic security installation projects from start to finish.
• Schedule Installation Technicians to meet CCD/PSD dates.
• Coordinate with District Installation Manager, Project Managers and field leadership.
• Track subcontractor schedules and arrivals/departures to customer sites.
• Maintain electronic installation folders and update inventory weekly.
• Manage PSD changes and project scope impact on manufacturing, transportation and resources.
