Job summary

You will interface with customers and PMs, manage resources, and use Solomon/Atlas for scheduling. Responsibilities include coordinating with PMs, tracking subcontractor schedules, maintaining installation folders, and processing procurement and close-out

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• 1-3 years of experience in operations scheduling, support and/or coordination.
• Knowledge of installation processes and order-to-cash cycle.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and other systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Installation Technicians to meet customer dates.
• Drive installation process from start to finish with PM support.
• Coordinate subcontractor schedules and track arrivals/departures.
• Review new orders for contact, scope and allowances.
• Maintain installation folders and update inventory weekly.
• Manage PSD and project scope changes affecting manufacturing and logistics.
• Submit POs for subcontractors and approvals; close out tasks after projects.
• Maintain schedules in Solomon/Atlas or other company tools.
