Job summary

The Installation Coordinator role focuses on coordinating and managing electronic security installation projects from order to delivery and closure, interfacing with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time completion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• 1–3 years of experience in scheduling, operations support or project coordination.
• Strong communication skills (oral/written) with internal and external customers.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint; familiarity with project management systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Installation Technicians to meet customer completion dates with District Install Manager and Project Manager support.
• Drive installation process for orders from start to finish with PMs and field leadership.
• Coordinate subcontractor schedules and track arrivals/departures to customer sites.
• Review new orders for contact information, scope of work and allowances.
• Maintain installation folders and update inventory counts weekly.
• Manage PSD changes and impacts on manufacturing, transportation and resources.
• Submit subcontractor POs for approval and accounts payable.
• Create and document action items in Solomon and escalate as needed.
• Maintain installation schedule using Solomon & Atlas or similar tools.
• Follow up with labor via phone/email to meet PSD and CCD dates.
• Receive boxes via UPS/FEDEX and manage office supplies as needed.
• Send daily parts receipts to Install & Service.
