Live! Casino & Hotel is seeking a Security Key Control Officer to manage daily key storage, issuance, repair, inventory and reporting, while performing Security Ambassador duties to keep guests and team members safe. You will greet guests, verify IDs, explain rules and assist with directions and inquiries.

The role emphasizes safety, service excellence, and maintaining a positive can-do attitude in a bustling casino and hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• 1–2 years’ security experience is preferred.
• Ability to comply with state gaming regulations and licensing requirements may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Store, issue, repair, inventory, track and report all keys and locks.
• Greet guests with a smile and warm welcome.
• Check IDs of guests entering the casino and hotels; enforce age and weapon policies.
• Explain casino/hotel rules and code of conduct; assist guests with directions and inquiries.
