Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland is seeking a Security Ambassador to uphold guest safety and protect assets while delivering exceptional service. You will greet guests, verify IDs, explain rules, and manage incidents with a professional, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities include monitoring access, responding to emergencies, coordinating with supervisors, and maintaining clear incident reports in a fast-paced casino-hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years security experience preferred.
• Ability to secure and maintain licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a warm welcome.
• Check IDs and refuse entry to under 21 or prohibited individuals.
• Explain casino/hotel rules and respond to inquiries.
• Interact professionally with guests and assist with disputes.
• Respond to emergencies and monitor safety hazards.
• Maintain logs of visitors and operations.
• Assist in transporting money, tokens, and markers.
• Report incidents to supervisors and follow up as needed.

Education
