Live! Casino & Hotel is hiring a Security Ambassador to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests. You will greet guests, check IDs, and respond to emergencies while maintaining high standards of hospitality.

Ideal candidates should possess good customer service skills, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma. The role includes working in a vibrant casino environment, offering a rewarding experience with ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Zero (0) to two (2) years’ experience in security with a focus on guest service is preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a warm welcome.
• Check ID cards of guests entering the casino and hotels.
• Explain rules and regulations for the casino and hotels.
• Assist with customer disputes and complaints.
• Respond to medical or fire emergencies.
