Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Security Key Control Officer to manage keys, locks, and related reporting while supporting the Security Ambassador duties. You will ensure safety for guests, team members, and assets and provide excellent service in a fast-paced casino environment.

You will greet guests, verify IDs, explain rules, assist with incidents, and respond to emergencies. A valid license and security experience are preferred; high school diploma or GED is expected.

Qualifications

• Education High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• Experience One (1) to two (2) years' experience in security with a focus on guest service is preferred.
• Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.

Responsibilities

• Store, issue, repair, inventory, accountability, tracking and reporting of keys and locks.
• Greet guests with a smile and warm welcome.
• Check IDs of guests entering the casino and hotels; refuse entry to under 21 or those lacking proper authorization.
• Explain casino rules, regulations and code of conduct.
• Interact with the public in a professional manner when assisting or responding to inquiries.
• Assist with customer disputes and security incidents.
• Respond to emergencies and notify supervisors as needed.
• Operate the Security Dispatch Office and communicate via two-way radio/telephone.
• Monitor entrances and control traffic in valet/parking areas.
• Investigate and document first reports of injury or incident.
• Maintain logs of visitors and vendors.
