Job summary

Pavion is seeking a Core Sales Representative to drive acquisition and growth of commercial, industrial, and public sector clients for security and fire alarm systems. You will assess client needs, present demonstrations, and negotiate terms to deliver tailored, profitable solutions.

You will build lasting relationships, collaborate with internal teams, and stay ahead of industry trends to communicate our value proposition effectively. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in security or fire alarm systems.
• Strong understanding of security and fire alarm technology and solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new commercial/industrial and public sector clients for security and fire alarm systems.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and develop customized solutions to meet clients' security and fire safety requirements.
• Present product demonstrations and proposals to clients, highlighting benefits and features of our systems.
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with clients to maximize profitability while meeting client needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth installation and implementation of systems for clients.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, providing post-sale support and addressing concerns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
