Pavion is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to sell security, fire alarm, and communications systems to commercial/industrial clients and the public sector across California. You will build relationships, assess needs, present solutions, and close deals while meeting revenue targets.

The ideal candidate has a proven sales track record, strong communication skills, and knowledge of security technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in security or fire alarm systems.
• Strong understanding of security and fire alarm technology.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new commercial/industrial and public sector clients for security and fire alarm systems.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and develop customized solutions to meet clients' security and fire safety requirements.
• Present product demonstrations and proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our security and fire alarm systems.
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with clients, striving to maximize profitability while meeting client needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth installation and implementation of security and fire alarm systems for clients.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, providing post-sale support and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in security and fire alarm technology to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
