Job summary

Pavion is seeking a Core Sales Representative to drive new business in security and fire alarm systems across commercial, industrial, and public sector clients. You will assess client needs, present tailored solutions, and negotiate terms to close deals, while coordinating with internal teams for installation and post-sale support.

The role requires a proven sales track record, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in security or fire alarm systems.
• Knowledge of security and fire alarm technology and solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to explain technical concepts.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, targets-driven, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new commercial/industrial and public sector clients for security and fire alarm systems.
• Conduct needs assessments and develop customized solutions for security and fire safety.
• Present demonstrations and proposals highlighting benefits and features.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize profitability while meeting client needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth installation and implementation.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships and post-sale support.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to inform value propositions.
