Job summary

Pavion is recruiting a Core Sales Representative to drive new business in the security and fire alarm sector. You will pursue commercial, industrial, and public sector clients and tailor solutions to their needs.

With strong communication and relationship skills, you will negotiate terms, coordinate with teams for installation, and provide ongoing support. The role offers a base salary of $55,000–$65,000 per year plus commission, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience selling security or fire alarm systems.
• Strong understanding of security and fire alarm technology and solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and drive results.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new commercial/industrial and public sector clients for security and fire alarm systems.
• Conduct needs assessments and develop customized security solutions for clients.
• Present product demonstrations and proposals highlighting system benefits.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize profitability while meeting client needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure installation and implementation.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships and provide post-sale support.
• Stay informed on industry trends and communicate value to clients.
