Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Field Supervisor to oversee on-site security teams for remotely managed accounts. You will supervise Security Professionals, coordinate with Operations Managers, and ensure site coverage at all times.

You will lead post inspections, conduct on-the-job training, respond to call-offs, and help manage scheduling. Strong reporting, communication, and discretion are essential in this role with competitive hourly pay of $19.00 and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required.
• Valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience, no major violations in 36 months, and limited incidents in 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations regularly to monitor performance, adjust staffing, and ensure post hygiene and readiness.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees and updates to post orders.
• Respond to call-offs and assist with scheduling changes at the site.
• Identify personnel issues and escalate to Operations Manager or Corporate HR Director; may write reports.
• Discipline actions may be executed under direction of management.
• Distribute information to posts and obtain signed acknowledgments.
• Respond to client/site emergencies and communicate with Operations/Branch Manager.
