Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Field Supervisor to oversee on-site security professionals and ensure site coverage for remotely managed accounts. The Field Supervisor works closely with Operations Managers to supervise remote service delivery.

Responsibilities include visiting posts, on-the-job training, handling call-offs, and coordinating scheduling. You will report issues to management and assist with emergencies while maintaining professional image and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to write concise reports in legible handwriting.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization including clients.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations to monitor performance and ensure standards.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees assigned to posts.
• Respond to call-offs and assist with scheduling changes.
• Identify personnel issues and report to management or HR.
• Administer counseling or disciplinary actions as directed by management.
• Distribute information to posts and obtain signed acknowledgements.
• Respond to client or site emergencies as they arise.
