Qualifications

• High School/GED or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years servicing, integrating and programming access control systems.
• CCTV experience with Milestone or Genetec preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine customer service calls and maintenance requests.
• Diagnose, repair and install security systems and projects as needed.
• Prepare accurate service reports for invoicing and cost tracking.
