Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• BS in Engineering with 7+ years of experience or MS with 5+ years of experience.
• U.S. Citizenship eligibility for access to classified information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee small electrical construction projects’ administration and execution.
• Develop a CPM schedule using Primavera and coordinate kickoff meetings.
• Forecast cash flow, manpower, and manage project budgets and costs.
• Prepare submittals, change orders, and complete project estimates.
• Meet with customers to present proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Ensure safety, permits, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor progress, produce monthly reports, and ensure on-time punch lists.
