M.C. Dean is seeking a Project Leader to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) business unit. You will lead small to medium construction projects, coordinating with engineering firms, clients, and general contractors to deliver on scope, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities include CPM scheduling, budget management, proposals, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. A BS degree and extensive PM experience are required, with citizenship and clearance eligibility for access to

Qualifications

• Extensive project management experience overseeing construction projects.
• Experience coordinating with engineering firms, clients, and general contractors.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead diverse cross-functional teams and meet objectives.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the administration, organization and implementation of small construction projects.
• Assist in preparation of project documentation and field office support.
• Develop a resource loaded CPM schedule with time scale logic in Primavera.
• Coordinate and run project kickoff meetings (PKOM).
• Forecast cash flow and manpower needs for projects.
• Read and interpret blue prints and project specifications.
• Develop budgets and cost codes and assign costs/manpower.
• Prepare submittals, pricing change orders and estimates.
• Meet with potential customers to present proposals.
• Ensure safety regulations and inspections are adhered to.
• Monitor project progress and prepare monthly reports on budget/schedule.

BS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, or Physics
