M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Security Systems Project Manager (Deputy Project Leader) within the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit.

You will help design, engineer, integrate, operate and maintain electronic security services for federal, local and commercial customers. Qualifications include a BS (preferred EE or related) with 5–7 years in construction, plus experience with CPM scheduling and contract drawings.

Competenze

• BS (Preferred EE or Industry related degree) with 5–7 years of experience.
• Related Construction experience with five years’ experience in electrical/construction contracting.
• Experience with contract drawings, subcontracts, contract addendums, specifications, change orders, RFIs, submittals.
• Experience with CPM Scheduling.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills; problem ownership and solution orientation.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Blue Beam and PDFs.

• Run day-to-day operations of a project or sub-section of a project.
• Identify change orders and ensure effective resolution.
• Price, track and manage change orders.
• Plan and monitor cash flow against expenses.
• Maintain as-builts and document project issues/conditions.
• Plan and execute project completion and punch list.
• Develop goals and plans to organize and accomplish work.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Compile submittals, pricing change orders and estimates for partially designed projects.
• Confer with owners, contractors, and design professionals to resolve issues.
• Communicate with stakeholders including customers and government representatives.
• Ensure timely decision making, RFI submission, and thorough documentation.
