Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Project Leader for the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit. The role oversees electrical construction projects, coordinating engineering, procurement, and field operations to deliver secure, integrated systems for federal, local, and commercial customers.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, schedules, and change orders while ensuring safety and compliance. A Top Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Clearance/Citizenship: Top Secret Clearance required.
• BS degree with 7+ years experience or 5+ with MS in relevant engineering/CS fields.

Responsibilities

• Oversee small electrical construction projects or parts of larger ones.
• Develop CPM schedule and budgets; manage cash flow and resources.
• Coordinate kickoff meetings, permits, inspections, and submittals.
• Provide monthly reports on budget, schedule, and manpower forecasts.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and safety standards.
