M.C. Dean, a leading provider of cyber-physical solutions, seeks a Project Leader 1 within the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit.

You will design, engineer, integrate, operate, and maintain security and IT systems for federal, local, and commercial clients, ensuring on-time, on-budget project delivery with high standards of safety and compliance. The role requires Top Secret clearance, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to coordinate complex multi-discipline efforts across

Formación

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, or Physics with 7+ years experience or 5+ years with a MS degree.
• Top Secret Clearance required; U.S. Citizenship.
• Experience supervising Construction Project Managers and performing PM duties on construction projects.
• Proven track record of successful multi-discipline projects (Fire Alarm, Communications, Security, AV, Power, Instrumentation).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Construction Project Managers and perform PM duties on construction projects.
• Develop a resource loaded CPM schedule with time scale logic in Primavera scheduling software.
• Coordinate and run project kick-off meetings (PKOM).
• Forecast cash flow and manpower needs for projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Develop budgets and cost codes; assign costs and manpower to schedules.
