Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Superintendent 1 to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit in the United States.

You will oversee construction phases, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of complex electronic security installations for federal, local, and commercial clients. The role requires strong leadership, safety oversight, and experience with Access Control, Video Management, and CPM scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 10+ years in security project installation, integration, and testing.
• Experience managing security projects as PM, Superintendent, or foreman.
• Strong knowledge of access control, video management systems, and network basics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction project phases from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Coordinate subcontractors, scheduling, site safety, permits, and stakeholder communication.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including Change Orders, RFIs, and daily reports.
