Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Superintendent to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit. You will oversee construction projects from inception through completion, coordinating subs, safety, permits, and documentation to ensure quality and timely delivery.

The role requires up to 75% travel, strong leadership, and experience with Access Control and Video Management Systems. Join a team delivering federal, local, and commercial security solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with extensive field experience.
• 7+ years progressive experience in installation, integration and testing of electronic security projects valued >$500k.
• Experience in the Security Industry and managing security projects.
• 2+ years in leadership roles (PM/Superintendent/Foreman).
• Experience with Access Control and Video Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction from inception to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, scheduling, site safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and communicate with project stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop and maintain look-ahead schedules and resource loading.
• Ensure proper documentation, QA/QC, and safety practices.
