Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Superintendent to lead Security and Electronic Systems (SES) projects. You will oversee construction activities, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery across federal, local, and commercial clients.

The role requires extensive experience in electronic security projects, strong leadership, and the ability to manage complex schedules and budgets. Travel up to 50% is expected to support diverse site locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 10+ years of experience in security projects.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in installation, integration, and testing of electronic security projects valued at more than $500k.
• Experience in the Security Industry.
• At least two years' experience managing security projects as a Project Manager, Superintendent, or Project Foreman.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, scheduling, site safety, permits and regulations, and stakeholder communication.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure compliance with safety programs.
