Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Security Client Services Manager in Nashville to lead exceptional client service, strengthen relationships, and drive account success through proactive communication and operational insight.

You will supervise daily security services, manage staff across sites, and ensure contracts and regulatory requirements are met while providing transparent status updates to clients.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• A college degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• A valid driver‘s license and meeting vehicle/insurance standards.
• Minimum 1 year management experience; 3 years preferred.
• Experience overseeing multiple sites and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day security service for facilities at assigned accounts.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and serve as liaison between GardaWorld, clients, and staff.
• Meet with clients to address problems, provide status updates, ensure contract compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in recruitment, orientation, training and development of staff.
• Inspect sites, review reports, provide training and guidance, and enforce contract specs and GardaWorld policies.
• Maintain knowledge of post specifications, orders, patrol areas, emergencies, staffing, and client policies.
• Assist in staffing schedules, budgets, payroll, and reporting.
• Ensure 100% compliance with all regulations and contracts.
• Recommend policy/process improvements and enforce progressive discipline.
