Job summary

GardaWorld Security in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a contract Assistant Account Manager to maintain exceptional on-site performance for a key account. You will handle client issues, communicate with contacts, update databases, review compliance, manage billing, analyze data, and prepare reports.

You will guide clients through projects and onboarding, delivering presentations and ensuring KPIs are met while building lasting relationships and optimizing security programs.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 3 years of experience in security operations leadership.
• Military and law enforcement experience is a plus.
• Valid driver2s license.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle client or team issues and emergencies.
• Communicate regularly with key client contacts and local GardaWorld Branch Teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with principal accounts.
• Improve the clients security program for long-term success.
• Meet and maintain contracted KPIs.
• Guide customers through integration projects, contracts, RFPs, and onboarding.
• Update business databases (CRM, ERP).
• Review MSA compliance at branch and site levels.
• Develop and evaluate security and crisis management plans.
• Manage client billing, including DSO assessments and overdue payment follow-ups.
• Keep Client Summary Forms (CSF) and Account Summary Forms (ASF) current.
• Analyze data and prepare internal reports.
• Write reports, client communications, instructional materials, and operating guidelines.
• Demonstrate expertise in financial forecasting and margin analysis.
