Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Site Security Manager for our Commerce, GA location to lead on-site security operations for a key account. You will manage client issues, coordinate with local teams, and drive improvements to the client’s security program.

The role requires data review, reporting, and KPI achievement, with a focus on communication. You’ll deliver presentations, oversee billing tasks, and guide projects from onboarding to contract execution.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• A college degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in security operations management with a track record of handling complex responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle client or team issues and emergencies.
• Communicate regularly with key client contacts and local GardaWorld Branch Teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with principal accounts.
• Improve the client’s security program for long-term success.
• Meet and maintain contracted KPIs.
• Guide customers through integration projects, contracts, RFPs, and onboarding.
• Deliver detailed presentations focused on client needs.
• Update business databases (CRM, ERP).
• Review MSA compliance at branch and site levels.
• Develop and evaluate security and crisis management plans.
• Manage client billing, including DSO assessments and overdue payment follow-ups.
