GardaWorld seeks a Security Client Services Manager in the United States (Wauwatosa, WI) to lead client service excellence. The role focuses on delivering outstanding experiences, managing accounts, and driving engagement across client sites with proactive communication and operational insight.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• A college degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• A valid driver's license and driving record meeting company standards.
• Minimum 1 year management experience; 3 years preferred.
• Experience overseeing multiple sites and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day security service provided to facilities and ensure high standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and employees as liaison with GardaWorld and staff.
• Meet with clients to address problems, provide status updates, and ensure contract compliance.
• Participate in recruitment, orientation, training, and development of staff assigned to accounts.
• Visit and inspect supervisors and officers, review reports, provide training and guidance, ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of post specifications, orders, zones, procedures, and staffing priorities.
• Assist in staffing schedules, budgets, payroll, and other reports.
• Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and contracts.
• Recommend improvements and ensure progressive discipline when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
