Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Security Client Services Manager in Madison, AL, to liaise between clients and the company, ensure exceptional service, and drive account success through proactive communication and operational insight.

You will supervise daily security services, build client relationships, address issues, participate in staff recruitment and training, and ensure contract compliance while upholding GardaWorld standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading security or service teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret operational data.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day security service to facilities and ensure high standards.
• Develop and maintain client relationships; liaison between GardaWorld, clients and staff.
• Meet with clients regularly to address issues and ensure contract compliance.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff for accounts.
• Review reports, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to GardaWorld policies and contracts.
• Ensure understanding of post specifications, patrol areas, and procedures.
