Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services U.S. is seeking a Security Client Services Manager in Wauwatosa, WI. You will lead client relationships, oversee daily security services, and drive contract compliance across multiple client sites.

The role involves regular travel to client locations and collaborating with staff to maintain high service standards. You will assess client needs, present solutions, and support staff development, while ensuring regulatory and GardaWorld policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• A college degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company standards.
• Minimum 1 year management experience; 3 years preferred.
• Experience overseeing multiple sites and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day security service to facilities and ensure highest standards.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and liaison with GardaWorld, clients, and staff.
• Meet with clients regularly to address problems, provide updates, and ensure contract compliance.
• Recruit, orient, train, and develop staff assigned to accounts.
• Visit and inspect accounts, review reports, provide guidance, and enforce policy.
• Maintain knowledge of post specs, procedures, zones, and client policies.
• Assist in staffing schedules, budgets, payroll, and other reports.
• Ensure 100% compliance with laws and contracts.
• Recommend improvements to increase efficiency and ensure progressive discipline.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
