Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Security Account Manager in Mount Juliet, TN to maintain exceptional on-site performance for a key account. You will handle client issues, build relationships with contacts, and guide projects from onboarding to reporting, with a focus on compliance and billing.

Strong leadership, CRM proficiency, and a solutions mindset are essential. Responsibilities include updating databases, analyzing data, delivering presentations, and ensuring contracts and MSAs are met.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• A college degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least two (2) years of experience in security operations.
• Military or law enforcement background strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle client or team issues and emergencies.
• Communicate regularly with key client contacts and local GardaWorld Branch Teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with principal accounts.
• Improve the client’s security program for long-term success.
• Meet and maintain contracted KPIs.
• Guide customers through integration projects, contracts, RFPs, and onboarding.
• Deliver detailed presentations focused on client needs.
• Update business databases (CRM, ERP).
• Review MSA compliance at branch and site levels.
• Develop and evaluate security and crisis management plans.
• Manage client billing, including DSO assessments and overdue payment follow-ups.
• Keep CSF and ASF current.
• Analyze data and prepare internal reports.
• Provide precise pricing estimates with local branch and sponsor.
