GardaWorld is seeking a Security Client Services Manager in Atlanta, GA to serve as the trusted link between clients and the organization, delivering an exceptional experience and upholding GardaWorld’s reputation as a premier security partner.

You will supervise daily security services, build client relationships, address issues, and drive account success through proactive communication, staffing oversight, and contract compliance. Competitive salary and strong benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• A college degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• A valid driver's license and driving record that meets company vehicle and insurance eligibility standards.
• Minimum 1 year management experience; 3 years preferred.
• Experience overseeing multiple sites.
• Leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day security service to facilities to ensure high standards.
• Develop and maintain client and employee relationships; liaison between GardaWorld, clients, and staff.
• Meet with clients regularly to address problems, provide status updates, and ensure contract compliance.
• Participate in recruitment, orientation, training, and development of staff.
• Inspect accounts, review reports, provide training and guidance, ensure policy compliance, and take corrective actions.
