Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• A college degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• A valid driver's license and driving record meeting company standards.
• Minimum 1 year management experience; 3 years preferred.
• Experience overseeing multiple sites and possessing leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day security service to facilities and ensure high standards.
• Develop and maintain client relationships; liaison between GardaWorld, clients, and staff.
• Meet with clients regularly to address issues, provide updates, and ensure contract compliance.
• Participate in recruitment, training, and development of staff.
• Visit and inspect accounts; review reports, provide training, and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of post specifications, procedures, zones, and client policies.
• Assist in staffing calendars, budgets, payroll, and related reports.
• Ensure 100% compliance with all regulations and contracts; enforce progressive discipline.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
