GardaWorld Security is seeking a Security Client Services Manager in Atlanta, GA. You will act as the trusted link between clients and GardaWorld, ensuring exceptional service quality and proactive account support.

You will lead client relationships, monitor performance, and drive account success through clear communication, problem-solving, and operational insight, with daily site visits and a set Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• A college degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• A valid driver's license and meet company vehicle/insurance eligibility standards.
• Minimum 1 year management experience; 3 years preferred.
• Experience overseeing multiple sites.
• Leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day security service provided to the facilities and ensure service is of the highest standards
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees and serve as the liaison between GardaWorld, clients, and staff
• Meet regularly with clients to address problems and offer solutions, provide status updates, and ensure contract compliance and satisfaction
• Participate in recruitment, orientation, training, and continual development of staff assigned to accounts
• Routinely visit sites, review reports, train and guide staff, ensure policy and contract compliance
• Maintain knowledge of post specifications, procedures, staffing, and client policies for efficient operations
• Assist in staffing schedules, budgets, payroll, and other reports
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and contracts in assigned accounts
• Recommend improvements to policies and procedures for efficiency
• Progressive discipline as required and perform other duties as assigned
