Job summary

Allied Universal seeks an experienced Security Client Manager to oversee security operations, manage client relationships, and lead a team of security professionals in Kansas City. This role requires proven leadership and strong management skills to ensure high-quality services and client satisfaction.

You will drive operational efficiency through AI technology, reporting tools, and BI analytics while safeguarding budgets and EBITA targets; collaboration and safety excellence are expected daily.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business, or a related field with management experience (2+ years).
• Associate’s degree with management experience (3+ years).
• High School diploma with 5 years of management experience in a service organization.
• Current driver’s license for client visits or company vehicle.
• Minimum of two years driving operational goals.
• Experience managing a large, dispersed team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based systems.
• Ability to interpret financial data for budgeting and reporting.
• Strong prioritization and multitasking skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and retain front line staff for small to medium-sized clients within your designated portfolio.
• Utilize Allied Universal’s AI technology, online reporting tools, and BI Platform to monitor and analyze metrics; drive efficiency by optimizing schedules, reducing overtime, and supporting revenue growth and profitability.
• Oversee client performance metrics including budget management, accounts receivable/payable, and overall account health to align with EBITA targets.
• Build and maintain client relationships by addressing security needs, reducing risks, managing crises, and implementing corrective action plans; develop protocols, training and response strategies.
• Deliver high-quality service to clients while following industry standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Establish a culture of safety by developing action plans to prevent work-related injuries.
