Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business, or related field with 2+ years of management experience
• Associate’s degree with 3+ years of management experience
• High School diploma with 5+ years of management experience
• Current driver’s license
• Minimum of two years driving operational goals
• Skilled in managing a large dispersed team
• Ability to maintain a profitable book of business
• Proficiency in web-based applications and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of safety protocols and service deliverables
• Ability to interpret financial data and budgeting/reporting
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations and client relationships
• Hire, develop and retain frontline staff for client portfolios
• Use AI tech, online reporting and BI to monitor metrics
• Oversee budget, accounts receivable/payable, account health
• Build client relationships and implement corrective action plans
• Deliver high-quality service while ensuring policy/regulatory compliance
• Establish safety-focused action plans to prevent injuries
