Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Client Manager. You will build long‑term client relationships and lead our front‑line staff delivering security services across a designated portfolio, driving client satisfaction and operational metrics.

You will monitor performance using AI technology, BI tools, and reporting platforms to optimize schedules, manage budgets, accounts receivable/payable, and overall profitability while maintaining safety, regulatory compliance, and a culture of care.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree or equivalent experience managing hourly staff in a fast-paced service org.
• Ability to drive operational goals and manage a dispersed team.
• Excellent communication, budgeting, and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and retain front line staff for small to medium clients.
• Utilize AI tech and BI tools to monitor metrics and optimize schedules.
• Oversee client performance metrics including budgets and payments.
• Build and maintain client relationships and implement corrective action plans.
• Deliver high-quality service while complying with policies and regulations.
• Establish safety culture with proactive action plans.
