Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Client Manager to build long-term client relationships and lead front-line teams delivering security services across a designated portfolio.

You will monitor and improve operational metrics using AI tools, BI dashboards, and scheduling optimization while driving revenue growth and profitability. A strong emphasis on safety, compliance, and exemplary service characterizes the role.

Qualifications

• Must possess one or more of the following: a Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, business, or a related field with at least 2 years managing hourly staff
• Or an Associate’s degree with 3 years of relevant supervision experience
• Or a high school diploma with 5 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced service organization

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and retain front-line staff for client portfolios
• Utilize AI tech, online reporting, and BI to monitor metrics and optimize schedules
• Oversee client performance metrics including budgets, AR/AP, and profitability
• Build and maintain client relationships, address security needs, and manage crises
• Deliver high-quality service while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
• Establish safety cultures with action plans to prevent injuries
